OUR CAR PARK
The Village Hall car park has one essential purpose -
for hirers and users of the Hall, who have overriding priority for its use.
There are no public rights of access to the site and no public rights of way,
either to vehicles or pedestrians.
The site is privately owned and managed by Toddington Village Hall Association
and is not, nor has it ever been, a public car park.
That said, in the spirit of its charitable objectives, the Association has historically
allowed the car park to be used by the community on an occasional short term basis.
In doing so it tries to strike a balance between the priority needs of our hirers
and the occasional needs of other visitors (at school run times for example,
or if shoppers need somewhere to park for a couple of hours).
THE ASSOCIATION EXPECTS THAT ALL
CAR PARK USERS WILL OBSERVE THE TERMS
AND CONDITIONS,
WHICH ARE DISPLAYED AT VARIOUS POINTS AROUND THE CAR PARK.
